Shopping Basics

Click on the desired item, then click on the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to purchase, go to the shopping cart icon at the top right of the website and click “Checkout”. At that point you will need to fill out your shipping/billing information or create/log-in to your account. Choose your method of payment and checkout. You will get an order confirmation e-mail once the order is placed.

You can purchase our products by choosing the option ‘Cash on Delivery’. After you checkout, your order will be delivered to you and you may pay at your doorstep.
Cash on delivery is not available in certain cases:
-In case your pincode is nor serviceable for Cash on Delivery by our courier partners.
-In case your order value exceeds Rs 4,000/-
-In case you have added a product on which Cash On Delivery is not available.

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can most likely make the change you are requesting. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Any request for cancellation after dispatch will not be entertained. We do not accept any returns on our products unless the product(s) received is defective or the wrong product(s) has been sent by us. In order to cancel your order before dispatch, please email us at support@lumierly.com

Once the product goes out of stock, there will be a ‘Notify Me’ feature available for you to enter your email to show your interest in restocking a product.

Payments

For delivery locations in India you can pay for your order using Cash on Delivery, all major Indian bank Debit Cards, Indian Credit Cards, Internet Banking and wallets such as Paytm, Freecharge and MobiKwik.

You can purchase our products by choosing the option ‘Cash on Delivery’. After you checkout, your order will be delivered to you and you may pay at your doorstep.
Cash on delivery is not available in certain cases:
-In case your pincode is nor serviceable for Cash on Delivery by our courier partners.
-In case your order value exceeds Rs 4,000/-
-In case you have added a product on which Cash On Delivery is not available.

Shipping & Returns

Once we receive the order, we dispatch your product(s) within 2 working days using the best courier services available. You should receive the same within 4 to 7 days of dispatch.

We provide free shipping on orders of Rs 999 and above on domestic orders in India only.
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 50 per order on all other orders.

All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Any request for cancellation after dispatch will not be entertained. We do not accept any returns on products listed under the Accessories category, namely underscarves, sunglasses, hijab pins and hijab scrunchies once those items have been received by you. In case you have an issue with such items kindly email us on info@littleblackhijab.com and we will sort your issue on a best effort basis.

For orders to be delivered outside India once an order is dispatched, we will not accept any requests for cancellation, exchange or refunds. In case you refuse delivery, the shipment will be destroyed by our courier partner and we will not be able to provide any ref

We only provide Refunds if the product(s) received is defective or the wrong product(s) has been sent by us. You must contact us within 2 working days of delivery. Any refund requests later than that will not be entertained.

We only Exchange items if the product(s) received is defective or the wrong product(s) has been sent by us. Only in the case above will we exchange the product with a replacement of the same item(s).

Candle Care & Safety

Currently we make our candles in batches and do not customise them. However we have a variety of colours and we’re certain you’ll find something you like!

* Each candle is delicate and can damage easily. Handle with care.
* Do not leave in direct sunlight or near heat, this can cause softening of the wax.
* Soy wax can look frosted, this is completely normal! Use a warm clean cloth or your finger to gently buff.
* Due to the handmade nature of our candles, they might have minor imperfections.
* Colours can vary.

All of our candles are made for decorative purposes. However, if you do wish to burn please ensure the following points are considered for your safety and to preserve the candle.
* Please place on a heat safe surface away from flammable items and objects before lighting.
* Do not leave unattended when lit.
* Do not leave in direct heat or sunlight.
* Average burn time 40 minutes. This can vary depending the environment conditions.
